Due to the Covid situation the following booking conditions will be added for 2021. Payment of a deposit indicates acceptance of these conditions:
* Should the course be cancelled, there will be no invitation or expectation to donate deposits; all tutors will be engaged on the basis that they will only be paid if the course takes place, and all participants' fees will be refunded if the course is cancelled.
* No participant or tutor may attend if they have any Covid symptoms or have been advised to self-isolate.
* The course will be run in a manner to comply with current Covid guidance at the time, and full details of the arrangements, risk assessment etc will be circulated to all participants.
* We will refund all fees if a participant has to withdraw for genuine medical reasons 21 days or more before the course; if the withdrawal is within 20 days of the start of the course we will endeavour to return all or part of the fees at the Trustees' discretion, subject to any costs that Baroque Week incurs in respect of that person's attendance.
There is a discount of £50 for those who bring a
harpsichord or spinet (and tune it daily) and a discount of
£25 each for those who share a twin room.
partners are welcome to share your room at a cost of £390
for accommodation and meals (after twin room discount).
Book early to secure an ensuite room — these are allocated
on a first-come, first-served basis.
It may be possible to attend for part of the week — please contact us to discuss this. However you may not gain the benefit of taking full part in the course; also you may need to book into a local B&B unless we have spare bedrooms on the school site, and we may not be able to confirm this until shortly before the course.
Please note that Baroque Week is a course for adults. Gifted youngsters have occasionally attended, usually accompanied by an adult course participant. If you will be under 18 years old at the start of the course please ask for our Young Student Permission Form for your parent or guardian to complete.
